Felicia Brown, LMBT is the owner of Spalutions!, (www.spalutions.com) a firm that provides business and marketing coaching and education for massage, spa and wellness professionals. She is also the owner of A to Zen Massage,a wellness spa in Greensboro, NC, a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach and NCBTMB/FL Approved Provider.
Felicia is passionate about inspiring others with her practice of sharing her knowledge and experiences so that they may become successful in all of their endeavors. This practice of “cooperative competition” has been a cornerstone of Felicia’s career ever since she became a massage therapist in 1994. She continues to apply this way of thinking in her coaching, writing and teaching.
With appearances at many state, national and international conferences in the massage, spa and wellness industries, Felicia has become a sought-after speaker and educator. She is the author of four books:

As one who loves to educate others, Felicia previously hosted the Pre-Conference Broadcast Series on One Concept Radio in which she interviewed various massage, chiropractic and wellness educators. She is also a past member of the editorial advisory board for Massage Therapy Journal and a current editorial advisory board member for DAYSPA Magazine.
Over her career, Felicia and her businesses have won numerous awards for her business skills and accomplishments including 2015 Best Massage Center, 2015 Best Yoga Studio, 2015 Best Day Spa – Runner Up & 2015 Best Massage Therapist – Runner Up (Go Triad); 2014 Best Massage Therapist of the Triad (Go Triad); and 2005 Small Business Person of the Year from the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. Felicia makes her home in Greensboro, North Carolina. In her spare time, Felicia is a casually competitive tri-athlete and also enjoys running yoga, reading, cooking, travel, and spa/travel adventures of most any sort. She can also often be found hanging out with her dogs.
